We also developed custom functionality that automatically detects when a reservation is being made less than 30 hours before pickup.
When this condition is met, the website triggers a separate workflow that bypasses the deposit flow and charges the full balance.
This custom-coded automation eliminates manual processes while helping the business manage scheduling more effectively.
Owner Initiated Invoice
I created a custom system that the owner could create a custom invoice and send the cart link to customers to checkout.
