The Challenge

The City of Springfield needed a modern, user-friendly government website to serve its residents, improve transparency, and streamline digital services. Their existing site was outdated, difficult to manage, and lacked mobile responsiveness—an issue increasingly problematic for residents trying to access information on the go.

How They Found Me

While reviewing other city websites for inspiration, Springfield officials came across one of my previous municipal projects. Impressed by the design and functionality, they reached out directly to that city to ask about their experience working with me. After receiving glowing feedback, Springfield contacted me and, without hesitation, decided to move forward. It was a near-instant hire.

The Solution
